About Us

ER Inspections LLC is operated by New Jersey licensed home inspector, Efrain Cobos. After 10 years of experience as a construction worker/maintenance worker and completing his Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Efrain embarked on his journey to become a home inspector. Through various internships in social work and daily work as a maintenance worker, Efrain realized there were other avenues he could combine his experience and knowledge. More importantly, Efrain wanted to give back to people who are investing their hard earned cash into properties by providing quality inspection service. Efrain is also fluent in Spanish.
